Are there accessible rooms available, and what are the accessible features?

Due to the historic nature of the building, the Majestic Hotel Chicago does not offer accessible guest rooms or accessible features. The hotel entrance requires navigating 5 exterior steps, and all guest room bathrooms are equipped with standard bathtubs.

Are the rooms pet-friendly?

No, we do not allow pets. Service animals meeting ADA guidelines are always welcome.

Is there complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms and public areas?

Yes, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi access in all guest rooms and public spaces.

Do the rooms have air conditioning/heating?

Yes, all 52 guest rooms feature climate controls for heating and air conditioning.

Are cribs or rollaway beds available?

Pack 'n Plays are available upon request. Rollaway beds are completely unavailable at the hotel due to local fire code restrictions.

Do you offer housekeeping daily?

We provide guest room housekeeping upon request rather than on an automatic daily schedule. Please contact the front desk during your stay to arrange service.

Does the room rate include all mandatory fees, or are additional charges applied at checkout?

No mandatory resort or facility fees are added to your room bill. Your final invoice will reflect only the booked room rate and applicable taxes.

What bed configurations are available, and can I request a specific setup?

We offer Single Queen, Single King, and Double Queen bed configurations. Bed types are directly tied to the specific room category selected at the time of booking.

What is the maximum occupancy for the rooms?

Standard Queen and King rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. Suites and Double Queen configurations accommodate up to 4 guests.

What amenities are included in the room?

All guest rooms feature a flat-screen television, premium bedding, bathrobes, a hair dryer, and a work desk. Suites feature additional living space, seating configurations, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator.
