Festival season is coming to a close with colder temperatures coming to the Windy City, causing travelers and locals alike to flock to as many street festivals as possible before going into hibernation for the winter. One of these festivals is the Lakeview East Art Festival, an annual street festival which will be celebrating its 15th anniversary this year! Over 150 artists, performers, artistic activities, and food and drink vendors will be present at the festival which stretches throughout East Lakeview on the Northside of Chicago. Even better, all vendors will be featuring locally created art and community-based food selections, so you’ll be getting an artistic taste of everything that makes East Lakeview so unique and amazing.
If you’re looking for a nice centerpiece, a cool gift for the holidays around the corner, or even just an engaging scene while listening to live music with friends or family, the East Lakeview Art Festival is perfect for you!
The East Lakeview Art Festival will take place on September 14th and 15th from 10 am to 10 pm, with live music performed all day and night!
The Lakeview East Art Festival will take place on Broadway Avenue, with the festival’s entrance being on Belmont and Broadway, stretching all the way down to Roscoe Street. You’ll get a perfect snapshot of the East Lakeview neighborhood while you enjoy the surrounding artistic scenery.
